With a mild Mediterranean climate, outdoor lovers and culture enthusiasts will find things to do all year round. Bask in warm summer days (27°C to 30°C), perfect for peaceful beach escapes and paddleboard sessions, while cooler winters (8°C to 16°C) invite cozy trail walks and fireside sips of world class wine.

The first inhabitants of the region, the Wadandi (Saltwater People), follow a six season calendar that reflects changes in weather, plant life, and animal behaviour throughout the year.

Plan your visit with our Season Diaries and discover the unique charm of every season—there’s something to experience all year round.
